Mass change of features for Shop-Script

Supported only in the new UI 2.0 interface

The "Mass change of features" plugin works exclusively in the new UI 2.0 of Shop‑Script and supports both light and dark backend modes. This tool allows for bulk editing of product features, saving time when managing the catalog.

Editing features from the product list.

Select the desired items in Shop‑Script under "Products → Catalog", mark them, and use the side panel to click "Edit features". The plugin enables quick editing of a group of products and performs mass assignment of feature values in one step. This is especially useful when you need a bulk change of product features, such as setting a manufacturer or assigning a color to multiple products.

Simplified filling of product features.

With this plugin, bulk editing of product features becomes much easier. After selecting a group of products, a dialog window opens displaying all available editable features, significantly simplifying the process of filling in product features.

Note: The ability to mass change features is available only for parameters editable in the "Prices & features" tab during standard product editing.

Requirements and usage specifics.

For the Shop‑Script mass editing plugin to work correctly, products must have a defined product type. When performing a bulk change of product features, you can only select from already existing values for dropdown lists and multiple-choice fields. Adding new values is available only in the store settings under "Product types & features". The editing dialog interface fully matches the "Prices & features" tab ("All product features" section) when editing an individual product.

Important information about SKUs.

If your store uses SKUs generated based on features, keep in mind that when performing a mass assignment of such feature values (for example, a new size), the plugin will not automatically create new SKUs. The Mass change of features plugin only modifies existing parameters found in the "Prices & features → All product features" tab.

The plugin has been tested and is fully compatible with PHP versions 7.4.33 - 8.3.15.
