The plugin combines the necessary tools for working with orders: order filtering in the backend, automatic order processing based on specified conditions, and exporting the order list to a file.

Please note! Interface 1.3 is now only available in the PREMIUM version.

The plugin is compatible with PHP 7.4. We recommend using it on systems with PHP 8.0 - 8.3 for faster and more stable operation.

Plugin capabilities

 Filtering

By creation date, update date, order amount, customer group, and many other parameters

 Flexible settings

Ability to save filters and profiles for convenient work

 Export

Export a list of filtered orders to a .csv, .xlsx, or .ods file.

 Order processing

Scheduled order actions: status change, email sending, SMS sending based on specified conditions (order creation date/time, status, amount, customers and groups, product selections in orders, delivery and payment methods, plugin managers).

Order filtering

The plugin displays a filter panel in the orders backend. This allows you to filter orders by amount, creation or update date, status, delivery or payment method, customer or customer group, sales channel, and payment date.

If you frequently make the same selection (for example, orders over a certain amount), you can save filter parameters to avoid entering them each time.

The filter panel can be disabled or collapsed in the plugin settings.

Saved filters can be moved to the very top of the panel for convenience.

Export orders

You will also see an export button in the sidebar of the orders backend. This allows you to export filtered orders to a file (available formats are .csv, .xlsx, .ods). First, create an export profile in the plugin settings, specifying export parameters and selecting the required fields.

The following plugins are supported: "Flexdiscount" (coupon code can be exported), "Wildberries API" (order code and sticker), "Wildberries: Integration" (order number), and "OZON: Integration" (shipment number). These features are only available in the Premium version.

Orders processing

There is a system of rules for selecting and processing orders. Each rule contains the conditions for selecting orders and the actions to be taken with them.

Possible conditions for selecting orders:

  • Creation date (greater/less than/equal/not equal to the specified date)
  • Update date (greater/less than/equal/not equal to the specified date)
  • Created no later than XX minutes/hours/days ago
  • Updated no later than XX minutes/hours/days ago

  • Amount (greater/less than/equal/not equal to the specified)
  • Sales channel (equal/not equal to the specified)
  • Payment (equal/not equal to the specified)

  • Managers from Plugins (available only in the PREMIUM version): "Order Manager", "Personal Manager", "Orders by Manager" (equal/not equal to specified)
  • Contains/does not contain certain products, products from specified categories/lists, products of a certain type, products with certain characteristics, SKUs with certain characteristics, products from specified warehouses, with specified balances
  • Customer (equal/not equal to specified)
  • Customer Group (equal/not equal to specified)

Possible actions with orders:

  • Perform a system action with an order, for example, change the status (configured in Store -> Settings -> Order Statuses)
  • Send an email to the buyer
  • Send an email to the specified address
  • Send an email To a manager from plugins (plugins are supported only in the PREMIUM version)

Important! To send email and SMS, you must first create a message template (in the plugin, on the "Order Processing" tab) and configure sending in the Settings app.

You can process orders automatically using the CRON scheduler. The scheduler command is visible when opening the rule.
