The Minimum plugin for Shop-Script app allows you to set minimum order value.
Plugin settings lets you to set a style of the warning message, turn on or off rule for some storefronts and user categories.
Please note that the plugin interacts with the Cart page and it's useless with "Buy in one click" plugins.
