Google Merchant Center & Shopping product feed
4.0 1 rating
The plugin exports your Shop-Script catalog into a Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping product feed — with the full set of Google attributes, flexible field mapping, and automatic updates. Set the feed up once, paste the permanent link into Merchant Center, and your data always stays current.
The plugin builds the feed as RSS 2.0 with the g: namespace required by Google. Each feed is a separate export profile available at a permanent public link like https://your-domain/googlemerchant/<id>.xml. You only need to add that link to Google Merchant Center once.

Over 30 Google attributes — from price and availability to size, color, gender, and custom_label tags. Your campaigns and Smart Shopping have plenty to work with.
The official Google Product Taxonomy is bundled in English and Russian. A category is assigned to a product in a couple of clicks.
Any feed attribute can be tied to a product field, a feature, a fixed value, or an external source.
The feed is generated in the background via cron and served instantly. Large catalogs are processed with constant memory usage.
The plugin builds every key attribute of a product listing, not a bare minimum. The feed includes:

A category can be assigned in three ways, and they don't get in each other's way:

For every feed attribute you choose where its value comes from. This lets you assemble a correct feed for any catalog structure without custom code:
Text field values are rendered the same way a shopper sees them on the storefront: the description is processed through Smarty, and meta fields substitute the name, price, and summary tokens.
You can create as many export profiles as you need. Each feed is configured separately:
Prices can be exported in the product's currency, in the shop's primary currency, or in any currency you choose — the plugin converts them at the shop's rates. When a product has a strike-through price, both the regular price and the sale price (sale_price) go into the feed, which Google displays as a promotion.
With the Flex Discounts plugin installed, feed prices are recalculated with the active discounts — a shopper on Google sees the same price as on your site.
Availability for the availability attribute can be computed from the total stock, from a specific warehouse, or from a virtual warehouse (the sum of its member warehouses). A separate option lets you exclude out-of-stock products from the feed or, conversely, export them marked as "out of stock".
Shipping weight and dimensions are taken from the product's dimensional features and automatically converted to the chosen units (kilograms or pounds, centimeters or inches). Both separate length/width/height fields and a single composite "L×W×H" feature are supported.
For products sold by measure, the plugin exports unit-price attributes (unit_pricing_measure and unit_pricing_base_measure) — for example, "15 m" at a price per "1 m". Shop-Script units of measure are matched to Google's codes in a global table on the plugin settings screen.
The plugin can pull data from neighboring Shop-Script extensions:
g:brand attribute automatically. Each product variant (SKU) can be exported as a separate offer — with its own price, SKU code, and a link that specifies the variant. And from the product list a single bulk action exports only the selected products, without rebuilding the entire feed.
