ChatRex — AI-powered chatbot for Shop-Script

What the bot can do:
- Show products and categories.
A customer can type something like “show me sneakers” — the bot will automatically detect the right category and display matching products with descriptions, photos, and prices. If needed, it can also offer a manual category selection. - Display the entire catalog.
If the customer just wants to browse, the bot can show all available products from your store — perfect for virtual showcases or browsing suggestions. - Assist with order placement.
Once the customer has chosen products, the bot will collect order details directly in chat — such as quantity, contact info, and delivery address — and create the order in Shop-Script automatically. - Track and update order status.
Using an order number or tracking ID, the bot can provide delivery updates — for example: “Your order #1043 has been shipped and will arrive soon.” - Offer personalized recommendations.
Based on purchase history, the bot can suggest complementary products or upsells — for example, recommending a belt for recently purchased jeans or a discount on a repeat order.
How to connect:
- Install the ChatRex app for Shop-Script.
- Enter your store website address and grant access to the app.
- Connect your preferred messengers and set up conversation flows.
