Keep your catalog under control in just a few clicks
Catalog Helper adds a compact quick-filter panel to the new Shop-Script Products section. Find products with incomplete content, pricing issues, SKU problems, or incorrect stock data without exports or time-consuming manual checks.
Each condition displays the number of matching products. Filters run on the server and work together with the standard search, selected category, sorting, and pagination.
34 ready-to-use filters
- Status: available and unavailable products based on the standard Shop-Script visibility status.
- Catalog: products without a category, primary category, product type, tax category, or filled features.
- Content: products without images, a short or full description, meta title, meta keywords, or meta description.
- Prices: products without a main price, with a zero price, with a compare-at price, or without one.
- SKUs: products with one or multiple SKUs, an empty SKU code or name, a duplicate code, or no purchase price.
- Stock: products with positive, zero, or negative stock, including selected warehouses and unlimited stock.
- Promotion: products with or without badges, reviews, and tags, plus reviews awaiting moderation.
Combine conditions
Different filters are combined with AND. For example, you can instantly find visible products without images, products with positive stock but no price, or products without both a category and a type. Mutually exclusive conditions automatically replace one another.
Always follows the current catalog context
The panel respects the selected category, search query, and standard Shop-Script presentation. Active conditions are stored in the URL, so the page can be refreshed, bookmarked, shared with a colleague, and navigated with the browser Back and Forward buttons.
Fast counters
Counters load asynchronously and never delay the initial catalog view. Calculations are batched on the database server, cached for a configurable period, and can be refreshed manually. The plugin does not load the entire catalog into the browser or PHP memory.
Flexible settings
- enable or disable individual filters;
- change filter order with drag and drop;
- configure expanded groups and employee access;
- hide filters with zero results;
- set the counter cache lifetime from 1 to 60 minutes;
- choose how the “Without a main price” filter treats zero prices;
- select warehouses used for stock calculations;
- reset the cache and restore default settings.
Safe for your store
Catalog Helper is a read-only search tool and never modifies product data. It uses standard Shop-Script collections and access permissions and does not modify core or design theme files. Global counters are hidden from employees with restricted access to prevent disclosure of inaccessible product data.
Compatibility
- Shop-Script 10.1.0 or newer;
- the new Webasyst UI 2.0 Products interface;
- PHP 7.4 or newer;
- Webasyst Installer 2.7.0 or newer;
- multiple storefronts, warehouses, categories, and product types.
Important: an active Webasyst license is required. The plugin is designed for the new Products interface and does not support the legacy Shop-Script product interface.
