A single workflow for your store and sales team

A new Shop-Script order automatically becomes a deal or lead in Bitrix24. The manager sees the customer, order items, amount, discounts, delivery, source, and next actions in CRM.

Status synchronization can work both ways: a Webasyst order status can update the Bitrix24 stage, and a CRM stage change can move the linked Shop-Script order to the mapped status.
