Typical Use Cases

1. Order → Deal in amoCRM

   • Create an amoCRM deal with the associated contact and company when a new order is placed.
   • Perform duplicate detection and reuse existing entities when available.
   • Attach ordered products to the deal.
   • Synchronize order and deal statuses.
   • Reflect product changes:
     • from the online store order → to the deal.

2. Abandoned Cart → Deal in amoCRM Premium

   • Create an amoCRM deal with the associated contact and company after a specified period of inactivity.
   • Perform duplicate detection and reuse existing entities when available.
   • Attach cart products to the deal.
   • Reflect product changes:
     • from the deal (Products tab) → to the store cart;
     • from the store cart → to the deal.

3. Order Return → Separate Deal in amoCRM Premium

   • Automatically create or move a deal in amoCRM when an order is switched to the "Return" status.
   • Place the deal in a dedicated returns pipeline.
   • Maintain links between the deal, contact, company, and store order.
   • Perform duplicate detection and reuse existing entities when available.
   • Transfer returned products and refund amount to the deal.
   • Synchronize return statuses between Shop-Script and amoCRM.

4. Product Catalog → amoCRM

   • Export products from the store catalog to amoCRM.
