Work Calendar

When your store and shipping methods use different schedules, dispatch dates need manual checks. Set working days, hours, and exceptions in one calendar; the plugin applies them in Shop-Script and supported shipping methods.

One control center

  • weekly business hours and order cutoffs;
  • exceptional working and non-working dates;
  • automatic date validation and sorting;
  • shipping synchronization window up to 365 days or without a limit;
  • clear status of the latest operation.

For example, mark a holiday as closed and the following Saturday as open. Supported shipping calculations can use these exceptions for dispatch dates.

Getting started

Install the plugin with the Webasyst Installer. Check the time zone and weekly schedule, add exceptions, and choose a mode for compatible shipping methods. To share a calendar, designate Primary and Secondary installations and set up the daily command shown in the plugin. A single site needs no exchange setup.

Try this workflow on the working demo before installation. The main features can be tested during a 7-day trial.

Shipping

The plugin detects the supported settings format of each shipping method. Date fields offer three modes: keep unchanged, replace with the store calendar, or merge with existing dates. In merge mode, the plugin removes only dates that it previously added and preserves dates added manually.

Weekly-only plugins are updated for the next 7 days. Delovye Linii, Russian Post, and Flat rate receive the departure date through the standard Shop-Script calculation, without modifying those plugins.

The plugin identifier determines compatibility. A shipping method's numeric ID is unique to each site and does not affect compatibility. Automatic date management is not claimed for other methods. Newer versions of the listed plugins need rechecking if their settings format or the standard Shop-Script API changes.

Multiple sites

  • Standalone keeps and applies its own calendar.
  • Primary also publishes protected JSON.
  • Secondary imports JSON manually or before the daily cron run.

Security and removal

JSON is imported only over HTTPS. Redirects, non-standard ports, local and reserved network addresses are blocked, and the response size is limited. There are no developer, licensing, or analytics callbacks.

On removal, the plugin restores the shipping settings captured before it began managing them and removes its own data. The shared Shop-Script schedule remains in the store.

Requirements

  • Shop-Script 10.1.0 or newer;
  • PHP 7.4.24 or newer;
  • PHP cURL;
  • Webasyst 1.3 or 2.0 backend UI.

Shop-Script PRO and PREMIUM licenses are supported. The plugin manages schedules and shipping dates without changing product quantities or units.

License and support

Monthly, yearly, and perpetual licenses are available. The 7-day trial is available in Webasyst Cloud and on your own server; current terms are shown in the Store listing. Webasyst shows a standard 50% discount for additional licenses of the same product.
