Every question and section of your public knowledge base (FAQ) gets a beautiful preview card - with the question, your site name and your brand. Wherever the link to an answer goes - Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Slack, a newsletter or a group chat - instead of a bare address people see a card that begs to be clicked.

Links with an image preview get 150% more shares (a Buffer study), and content with visuals gets on average 94% more views (MDG Advertising). The preview IS that image for your link, and Open Graph is the standard that makes it appear. The plugin handles it all - for every question, with no designer and no theme edits.

What people see in the chat

The same answer link - two different endings

When someone shares a knowledge base link in a messenger or social network, the platform decides what to show. The difference is whether it finds Open Graph markup - and that decides whether your answer gets opened or scrolled past.

Without Open Graph

  1. Someone shares an answer link in a chat or feed.
  2. The platform finds no markup - it shows a bare address or a random image with the wrong text.
  3. It looks unreliable - the eye slides past.

→ the link gets scrolled past, no click

With the plugin

  1. The same link in the same chat.
  2. The platform reads Open Graph and shows a clean card: the question or section name, the site name and your brand.
  3. The card fills half the screen and looks trustworthy.

→ the answer gets noticed and opened

The key thing

A knowledge base question becomes a clean card automatically

The plugin takes the question or section name right from your knowledge base and draws a text brand card: the question in large type, the site name, your logo and a footer with the address. No designer needed, no theme edits - works with any design theme.

  • FAQ questions - every question gets its own card. The toggle is on out of the box.
  • FAQ sections - the section and site name on a separate card for question lists.
  • Your logo and footer - people instantly see whose answer it is.
  • Contacts and a benefit line - optionally show a phone, Telegram and a short tagline right on the card.

Public knowledge base only. The plugin works exclusively with OPEN FAQ questions and sections. It never reads or touches client support tickets - nothing appears on the support, form or customer portal pages.

Styled to your brand

Your own card - logo, colors, footer

The card is styled to your site without code. Click to take a closer look at a ready example:

Your own solid background color, your logo and its position, title and accent colors, a dark overlay behind the text, a footer with domain and tagline. Optionally a phone, Telegram and a short benefit line. Fonts are bundled - Cyrillic looks crisp on any hosting.

Where it works

One standard - every platform

The plugin sets the standard Open Graph, Twitter / X Cards and oEmbed tags - read by messengers, social networks and work chats:

Popular in the West:

  • FacebookFacebook
  • LinkedInLinkedIn
  • RedditReddit
  • X (Twitter)X (Twitter)
  • SlackSlack
  • DiscordDiscord
  • PinterestPinterest

Popular in Russia:

  • TelegramTelegram
  • WhatsAppWhatsApp
  • VKVK
  • OdnoklassnikiOdnoklassniki
  • DzenDzen
  • TenChatTenChat
  • ViberViber

Plus: fb:app_id for Facebook, a Pinterest domain verification tag, Twitter / X handles, Dublin Core. Each tag set is toggled separately.

Technically clean

Fast, no conflicts, no load

  • The markup is assembled from data the page already loaded - no load on the site and no impact on speed.
  • Edit a question or the styling - the card rebuilds itself.
  • The plugin doesn't duplicate tags your theme or the engine already outputs for info pages - one clean set of og: with no conflicts.
  • Works with both GD and Imagick - whatever your hosting has. A built-in check shows the result right in the settings.
Stronger together

The preview is your answer's storefront; back it with an AI-visibility set

These are parts of one system that prepares your knowledge base for AI search. Open Graph preview - how your answers look to people in chats. llms.txt - a map of your knowledge base for AI models. JSON-LD markup - the details of questions and answers for search and AI. Together they cover the whole path.

An answer is shared OG card - noticed Search and AI understood the visitor is yours

Three plugins from one KakTak.Net line - preview, map and details - prepare your knowledge base for AI search together. One style, one support, one ecosystem.

Base and premium

Base - one domain, premium - all domains

Base 1 domain

  • Your main site domain.
  • The full tag set and a brand card for every question and section.
  • Your own logo, colors, footer, contacts and benefit line.

Premium multidomain

  • All knowledge bases on different domains - instantly, automatically.
  • Cards for each domain with its own address in the footer.
  • For anyone running several sites from one backend.
How it works

Quietly, in the background, hands-off

  • Turn it on - and every question gets markup and a card. No code to write, no theme to touch.
  • The markup is emitted on every public page; change a setting and it applies at once.
  • Everything under control: separate tag sets, a live card preview, a built-in check and a settings reset.

Honest about how it works. The plugin works only with the open knowledge base (FAQ) - it never touches client support tickets. The final card look is decided by the platform, and some cache the preview on their side - after edits an update may take time (Telegram and Facebook have their own link debuggers). Open Graph is not a ranking trick; it's what makes answer links noticeable and clickable. This plugin does not add search markup (JSON-LD) - there is a separate plugin in our line for that.

About the preview image. This build does not draw its own card image: the application does not give plugins URLs of their own, so the image generator is unavailable. The Open Graph markup is emitted in full, and the image comes from the entry itself or from the fallback image you upload in the settings. Uploading a fallback image is recommended - the card then always carries a picture.
