The plugin adds the option to receive in CRM messages posted in a community within social network VK.com. Received messages are displayed in “Messages” section.
You can also use the plugin to receive new deal requests. For that, set up a source in CRM to get new messages from the social network converted into deals.
Connection to VK.com occurs in section “Settings → Deal sources”. You need an account in the social network to set up the integration.
