Receive messages via Viber

The plugin adds the option to receive messages in CRM from Viber users.

Incoming messages will be displayed in section “Messages”. When you answer a customer’s message, your reply will be shown in the customer’s Viber app.

To receive and send messages in CRM, set up a bot in Viber and save its token in CRM section “Settings → Deal sources”.
