Integration with Twitter messages

The plugin adds the option to receive in CRM messages posted by Twitter users. Received messages are displayed in CRM’s “Messages” section.

You can also use the plugin to receive new deal requests. For that, set up a source in CRM to get new messages from the social network converted into deals.

Connection to Twitter is set up in section “Settings → Deal sources”. You need an account in the social network to implement the integration.
