The plugin connects phone numbers set up in your Telphin account to Webasyst CRM.
Selected users of your Webasyst backend will see pop-up notifications about incoming calls before actually accepting them. All calls are saved in CRM history so that you can listen to them at any time in your Webasyst account. Both clients’ calls to you and your calls to the clients are recorded and saved for playback.
To connect the plugin to your Telphin account, register an app on the service’s website then copy the App ID and App Secret values received during the registration and save them in the plugin settings.
