Install Telegram plugin directly from your Webasyst backend using the Installer app.

The plugin adds the option to receive messages in CRM from Telegram users.

incoming messages will be displayed in section “Messages”. When you answer a customer’s message, your reply will be shown in the customer’s Telegram app.

To receive and send messages in CRM, set up a bot in Telegram and save its token in CRM section “Settings → Deal sources”.
