The plugin connects phone numbers set up in your Mango Office account to Webasyst CRM.
Selected users of your Webasyst backend will be able to see pop-up notifications about the calling clients before accepting incoming calls. All calls are saved in CRM history so that you can play them at any time in your browser. Both clients’ calls to you and your calls to the clients are recorded and saved.
To connect CRM to Mango Office, save authorization values from your IP telephony service account in plugin settings.
