The plugin allows any user to evaluate the quality of the article. The rating is displayed in the form of stars, the administrator himself chooses the maximum number of stars in the rating.
The plugin summarizes the total number of ratings and displays the average. Additionally implemented rating of articles in the admin panel and the ability to check the IP - address of the voter.
The plugin is displayed using the standard method using hooks or using helpers.
