Dashboard: SEO status at a glance

The dashboard collects the most important app indicators and shows which areas are configured and which need attention. The summary covers store content, Blog, Hub, and indexing status.
What you can do
- See the overall SEO readiness score and app status.
- Track completeness for products, categories, pages, blog posts, and hub topics.
- Monitor IndexNow, URL queue, 404 records, redirects, and autolinks.
- Open check details in a drawer and go directly to the relevant editor.
SEO editor: all data in one table

The editor speeds up daily work with large sets of records across all supported Webasyst apps and includes tools for 404 records, redirects, and autolinks.
What you can do
- Edit SEO URL, meta title, meta keywords, meta description, tags, and supported content fields.
- Filter records by all, empty, filled, or error states.
- Choose visible columns, work with image previews, and open the entity in its source app.
- Generate a single field by template or AI directly in the table.
- Use integration with the SEO Regions plugin: region and storefront variables, including custom region fields, inside SEO values.
Bulk generation: fast and protected

Templates provide consistent metadata for a large catalog or a selected category branch. Preview and confirmation steps protect carefully edited values from accidental overwrites.
What you can do
- Generate SEO URLs, titles, keywords, descriptions, tags, and content where supported.
- Limit products or categories to a selected category and include its children.
- Fill only empty fields or deliberately overwrite existing values.
- Review a live template preview before starting.
- Run large jobs in the background, track progress, pause, and resume.
- Use the [ai] marker to generate content with the selected AI provider.
SEO settings: shared technical rules

The central settings section controls technical SEO signals and automation. Settings can use the common layer or the selected storefront where storefront-specific values are supported.
What you can do
- Enable canonical, meta robots, hreflang, and Last-Modified output.
- Configure URL rules, trailing slashes, and automatic redirects.
- Manage 404 logging and the storefront SEO PRO button position.
- Automatically fill SEO fields when supported entities are saved.
- Configure keyword generation and other shared app components.
Store SEO: every storefront homepage

This section synchronizes store homepage SEO with Webasyst settings and supports separate homepage values for different storefronts.
What you can do
- Set homepage meta title, meta description, and meta keywords.
- Configure Open Graph for the storefront homepage.
- Switch storefronts and clearly see which settings layer is being edited.
- Use native integration with Shop-Script and the Site app.
Standard Shop-Script product and category SEO fields are shared; storefront independence applies only to settings that support storefront-specific values.
Structured data: Open Graph and Schema.org

SEO PRO outputs search engine and social network data through JSON-LD and Open Graph. Settings are grouped by entity type, so only the required markup needs to be enabled.
What you can do
- Configure Product, Organization, Store, WebSite, BlogPosting, Hub topics, and other supported types.
- Output BreadcrumbList, SearchAction, LocalBusiness, and product offer data.
- Manage og:title, og:description, og:image, and og:video.
- Validate local image URLs and dimensions with waImage.
- Open official Schema.org documentation from the relevant settings group.
Clear data for search and AI
Help services understand your content correctly
SEO PRO provides search engines with structured information about products, offers, your organization, and published content. This helps services identify the price, availability, rating, image, and relevant page more accurately.
Google
Search sees facts
Price, currency, availability, image, brand, rating, and seller are provided in a machine-readable format.
Offers and SKUs
One or multiple SKUs are represented through Offer or AggregateOffer with their own prices and availability.
Current data
Markup is generated from current Webasyst data and includes only existing ratings and customer reviews.

Precise facts
JSON-LD and Schema.org
Describe products, offers, reviews, ratings, breadcrumbs, publications, and organizations through standard types.

Project map
LLMs.txt
Collects selected products, categories, pages, publications, and links in a compact Markdown file for AI services.
When products and content are discovered through AI or voice
A customer may begin searching in a browser, an AI chat, a phone, a car, or a smart speaker. JSON-LD and LLMs.txt solve different tasks, but together make the site structure clearer for emerging interfaces.

Analytics: counters, verification, and ecommerce

Analytics counters, webmaster verification codes, and Shop-Script ecommerce tracking are managed in one section.
What you can do
- Connect Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics.
- Add Yandex Webmaster and Google Search Console verification values.
- Enable Yandex Metrica ecommerce through the standard dataLayer container.
- Send product detail, add-to-cart, remove-from-cart, and purchase events.
- Synchronize supported values with the native Site app settings.
Indexing: IndexNow, URL queue, and LLMs.txt

The indexing section helps notify search engines about changes and controls which content is suggested to large language models.
What you can do
- Collect URLs from sitemap.xml and add URLs to the queue manually.
- Send URLs through Yandex IndexNow and inspect detailed API responses.
- Retry failed submissions, track attempts, and process removed URLs separately.
- Check whether the IndexNow key file is publicly available.
- Create a separate LLMs.txt document for each domain.
- Select LLMs.txt sources from supported Webasyst apps.
AI Premium: four providers

Premium mode connects AI to the SEO editor and bulk generation. API keys stay in Webasyst settings, and requests are executed by the backend server.
What you can do
- Choose ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or DeepSeek.
- Select a model, language, and tone for generated content.
- Preview the result before saving and generate one field or all empty fields.
- Review generation logs with user, object, field, and result details.
- Use daily limits, usage tracking, and request retries for temporary API errors.
Cron: scheduled automation

Scheduled tasks are organized in one place: the main SEO PRO command, reports, and dedicated CLI commands. This makes server-side automation easier to configure.
What you can do
- Copy a ready-to-use system cron command.
- Set batch size and the update-empty-values-only mode.
- Select fields for scheduled generation using saved templates.
- Clean resolved 404 records and receive execution reports.
- Configure commands for IndexNow, LLMs.txt, and other service tasks.
SEO PRO storefront panel

An authorized administrator can inspect a page directly on the storefront without switching between multiple backend sections. The panel can open on the right or left according to the app setting.
What you can do
- See the overall SEO score and separate Problems, Needs improvement, and Good groups.
- Check title, description, URL, H1, content, links, images, and focus keyphrase usage.
- Open the current entity directly in the SEO editor.
- Switch to a dedicated JSON-LD report.

JSON-LD checks. Errors, recommendations, passed checks, copy action, and direct links to structured data settings.

JSON-LD tree. A readable view of objects, arrays, and properties from the actual page markup.
