Mailbox is an email client inside Webasyst
Mailbox lets you work with multiple mailboxes (IMAP/SMTP) directly in the Webasyst backend: process incoming email, search across conversations, handle attachments, configure rules, and keep your team workflow organized — without switching to external mail services.

- Tasks Bridge — create tasks from email (integration with the “Tasks” app).
- MailTemplates — quick email templates for replies.
Plugins are installed separately and appear as additional actions for each email.
Premium license
Mailbox includes a Premium mode (Webasyst license) that removes the free-version limits and is designed for team usage and scaling.
Setup
- Connect an account via IMAP/SMTP (including Google OAuth support) and run synchronization.
- Configure cron for background sync, processing, and rule execution.
- Set up user rights and sharing rules for team workflows.

Mailbox is actively developed with focus on UI 1.3 + UI 2.0 compatibility, stable Split View behavior, and correct access restrictions.
