Added the Files tab to client profiles, which will allow you to view all files associated with the client and to upload new files (available only in the new Webasyst 2 interface). Also added a menu item to upload new files to the “+” button menu in the client profile.
Update of the information about new messages received via online messengers has been made faster.

Released a mobile app for iOS! Install it for free on the App Store.
A mobile app is also available for Android on Google Play.
Added option to request the client verification in conversations via social media and online messengers. A client is sent a link for authorization on your website to get their contact profile connected to a registered client’s profile. Whether the author of an incoming message is a registered client is visible in the sidebar on the conversation-viewing page. To use this option, enable “Allow client verification requests” in the source settings.
Improvements & bug fixes:
- Fixed phone calls filters settings.

  - deal_view: to add custom content to deal-viewing screens,
  - conversation_view: to add custom content to conversation-viewing screens,
  - backend_sidebar20: to add custom content to the app’s main sidebar.
- Added option for message sending plugins to show custom menu items in the message-sending form using the getUI20ConversationAuxItems() method in the classes extending crmSourceHelper.

- Added information about the customer account and the blocking option to the contact profile.
- Added option to drag & drop tans in contact and deal profiles.
- Added bulk actions for conversations and the option to block customers’ contacts when deleting multiple conversations.
