Chat Bots (ChatBots) is a Webasyst app for connecting and managing chat bots.

  • Telegram support (webhook, bot management).
  • Extend functionality with ready-made plugins (Courier, ShopNotify).
  • MAX support is planned.

Plugins:

  • Courier — Order statuses and order management via Telegram.
  • ShopNotify — Flexible notification setup based on predefined scenarios.

Quick start

  1. Create a settlement (routing rule) in your site structure for the ChatBots app and enable “Hidden settlement”.

  2. Create a bot via @BotFather and get the token.

  3. Add the bot in ChatBots, paste the token, and save.

  4. Click “Install webhook” for the bot.

Tip: to get your chat_id, use the /whoami command (if enabled in the bot configuration).

Important: your website must support HTTPS for stable and correct operation.
