The Cash Flow app answers the fundamental question — where is the money? It tracks where the money comes from, where it goes, through which accounts it flows, how much profit is made, what to expect in the future, whether there will be cash flow gaps, and what the overall prospects are. Understanding the dynamics of a business's income and expenses is critically important for making the right decisions and managing the business effectively.

Simple — like a bank statement

If you've seen an account transaction list in an online banking, you'll easily understand how Cash Flow works. It features a beautiful income and expense chart, a transaction list, and a categorization diagram. It's much simpler than traditional accounting. No special training is required.

Friends with Shop-Script!

Cash Flow automatically downloads sales data from Shop-Script and creates records of income (sales) and expenses (purchase, shipping, taxes, returns) based upon them. All these are configurable in a separate Import → Shop-Script section.

What's even cooler — the app also analyzes data on your online store's average sales over the last 30 days and makes a forecast of future sales. It will automatically adjust this forecast as your business evolves. All of this can be directly seen in the transaction list in the Cash Flow account

Profit — for each order

The Cash Flow app automatically displays on each paid Shop-Script order screen the total turnover for all associated transactions: income, expenses, and actual profit (the delta).

Calendar section visually presents all past and future transactions displayed in a convenient monthly calendar grid.

Why do I need it if there is bookkeeping?
